Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to this website and to our freight services.
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the freight, haulage, distribution and warehousing services provided by DOCHUMA & DPENSE LOGISTICS ENTERPRISE. By booking a movement or using this site you accept them.
2. Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on the information you provide — pickup and destination, cargo weight, dimensions, load class and timing. A booking is confirmed when we issue a rate confirmation or waybill. We may revise a quote if the actual cargo or requirements differ materially from what was declared.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm you are entitled to ship the cargo, that it is correctly described and lawfully packed or presented for carriage, and that declared weights and values are accurate. Prohibited or illegal goods will not be carried.
4. Transit and delivery
We run scheduled corridor departures and will use reasonable efforts to meet confirmed pickup and delivery windows. Timings may be affected by weather, traffic, security, regulatory checks or events outside our control, and dispatch will tell you when a corridor is disrupted.
5. Cargo handling and claims
Consignments are loaded under our cargo-securing procedures and delivered against the waybill, with proof of delivery captured at the destination. Damage or shortage must be noted at delivery and reported to dispatch promptly with photographs and the waybill number so we can investigate.
6. Payment
Rates, payment terms and any applicable charges are set out in your rate confirmation or company account terms. Invoices are payable in line with those terms.
7. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the extent stated in your rate confirmation or company account terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
9. Contact
For any question about these terms, contact our dispatch desk on +(234) 843 042 36 or at dochumadpenselogisticenterpris@gmail.com.
