Bookings & Quotes

How do I get a rate for a shipment?

Send the pickup and drop-off, the cargo weight and the load class through the estimate form or the rate request on our contact page. A dispatcher checks corridor availability and responds with a rate — average response time is under 30 minutes.

What load classes can I book?

From dispatch bikes and pickups for small, fast runs through vans, 7-ton and 15-ton trucks up to 30-ton trailers for high-volume haul. The available capacity on a corridor is confirmed with your quote.

Can you handle scheduled, repeat shipments?

Yes. High-volume shippers run recurring schedules with us — daily or weekly departures on the same corridor. Tell dispatch your volumes and windows and we will plan the capacity around them.

How is the quote confirmed?

You get one dispatcher as your contact and one rate confirmation that states what moves, when it leaves and what it costs. Nothing is dispatched until you approve it.

Corridors & Transit

Which corridors do you run?

Our trunk corridors include Lagos — Port Harcourt (daily departures), Kano — Abuja (daily departures) and Port Harcourt — Owerri (high frequency regional distribution), with 15 regional corridors in total. Ask dispatch about coverage for your specific lane.

How fast are deliveries?

Transit time depends on the paired cities and the load class. Because we run dedicated corridor departures rather than waiting for a general load to fill, schedules stay predictable — and dispatch gives you the realistic ETA with the quote, not after pickup.

What happens if a corridor is disrupted?

Dispatch monitors every unit and reroutes around bottlenecks. If your shipment is affected, the commander on your shipment contacts you with the revised plan and ETA.

Tracking & Visibility

How do I track my cargo?

Use the waybill or shipment reference dispatch issued with your rate confirmation on our Track Package page. Position and status come from unit telemetry and checkpoint scans.

Will I get updates without asking?

Yes. Dispatch pushes status updates on pickup, corridor transit and final hand-off, so you are not chasing anyone for a position.

What is the chain-of-custody?

Every checkpoint — dock loading, corridor transit and final delivery — is logged against your waybill. Signature capture at destination closes the chain, and you receive proof of delivery.

Cargo & Handling

What kinds of cargo do you move?

High-density and climate-controlled loads, FMCG distribution stock, construction and industrial freight, plus precision dock-handling cargo that needs careful transfer. Tell dispatch about temperature, hazmat or oversized requirements so we can advise on the right unit.

How is my cargo secured?

Dock loading follows a zero-shift protocol with securing hardware rated for the load, and crews are trained in cargo securing. Blankets, straps and stacking plans are applied per consignment.

How is cargo handled at the destination?

Precision dock unloading ensures rapid, secure transfer, and the receiving party signs off against the waybill to complete the delivery.

Partnerships & Accounts

Can my logistics company partner with you?

Yes — we work with established operators to extend reach and coordinate handoffs. Partner carriers register their company, submit documents and fleet details, and once verified are published to the corridor board.

How do I open a corporate account?

Send your company details through the contact page and dispatch will set up your account and rate terms. Recurring shippers are onboarded with a named dispatcher.

Where are you located?

Our command centre and head office is at No. 11 Agudama Layout, behind Chokmah International Academy, D/Line, Port Harcourt, Rivers State — Nigeria, with an operational hub for southern corridors and regional distribution.
